1. Login with Administrator
2. Click on Set and Maintenance task from Navigator or Administration Menu present under User Name of the screen.

3. Type Menu Customization
4. Click on Goto Task
5. Select the Menu from where you want to hide the task, on selection Menu Name list of values it will show all respective tasks under "Navigator Menu Customization" section.
6. For example: From Navigator Menu, Sales Dashboard tasks want to hide. Select the task and click on hide Node as shown in the screen shot.
7. Click on Done
8. Log-out and log-in again. You will see, there is no Sales Dashboard appears under Sales Folder in Navigator.
9. If you want to show the hide task again, click on the Specs like icon "Show Node" as shown in point 6 and repeat the steps till point 8.
